RBackup Remote Backup Software is sold by the maximum number of Clients each RBS Server can service. All RBackup online backup software packages come with RBS Server software and multiple licenses for online backup Client software, one year of Basic Support, and a trial subscription to Priority Support. Client licenses are automatically recycled if they are removed from service. The Client count is the number of active Client accounts your server has, not necessarily the number of Client installations you have distributed. RBackup Client software backs up shared drives. So, in many cases you can use one Client account to back up several computers if they share common drives in a network.

Shipping Most of our products can be downloaded. Orders that need to be shipped within the USA are shipped by U.S. Priority Mail for delivery within 3-5 business days. International orders are shipped via DHL. Orders received before noon US Central Time will be shipped the same business day, otherwise orders will be shipped the next business day. Overnight shipping is available for an additional $60 within the USA, and $150 internationally up to 4:00PM US Central Time.
Remote Backup Systems warrants that the SOFTWARE will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials (its Help file, and NOT our web site) for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. For further clarification, please read the Software License Agreement and the next paragraph. We will repair or replace the product that does not meet this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the software has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication, a lack of technical ability on the part of the user, or issues related to hardware and software not provided by RBS. Any replacement software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. This limited warranty is subject to the terms in the Software License Agreement. Remote Backup Systems' return policy is limited to replacement of defective diskettes and materials, or repair of the software. As with most software companies, RBS offers no form of a "money-back guarantee." Most of our software can be downloaded and used immediately after online purchase. Many use our software as the basis for a business which depends very strongly for its success on the capabilities and business acumen of the owner. We cannot guarantee the success of businesses started using our software. Because of these factors, all sales are final and non-refundable.
